Everyone can benefit from improved sleep and a healthier airway. Each person’s snoring or myofunctional needs are different. Some will see improvement more quickly than others; most will notice a change in 4-6 weeks of regular use drinking 25-60 oz of water daily. Consistent use is most likely to produce results. 93% of participants in our 2020 usability study reported improvements in snoring and 34% reported reduced daytime tiredness.
REMplenish focuses on reducing the vibration associated with snoring caused by weak muscles of the tongue and throat. It does not address nasal snoring (plugged nostrils resulting in a high-pitched snore).
Yes, if you stop using the device, there may be a gradual loss of improvements made. To maintain strength, continue using the REMplenish Myo-Nozzle at least twice a week or simply consider this to be part of how you drink water daily. Adjust use based on your individual needs.
Yes, our new REMplenish Jr products are designed for children ages 3-9! You can order our REMplenish Jr™ Myo-Nozzle Plastic Bottle Kit (BPA-free) or a separate REMplenish Jr™ Myo-Nozzle which can be attached to any reusable straw 8-10mm in diameter (not included).
If the child is over 9 years old: Both the child "REMplenish Jr" and adult "REMplenish" Myo-Nozzles work the same, so it's sometimes a best estimate or preference for which to order. If your child is over 9 years old but is petite or has a small mouth, the Jr would still be a good choice. Otherwise, they can typically use the adult REMplenish products without problem. Both options work the same so both would provide benefit when used.
The REMplenish Jr Myo-Nozzle is right sized for most children between the ages 3-9 years but can include older children or petite adults who may have a high or more narrow upper palate, a tongue restriction (tie) or have difficulty using the adult size. The mechanism of the REMplenish Jr and the adult REMplenish Myo-Nozzles are exactly the same so both sizes will typically work as intended.
The REMplenish Myo-Nozzle provides exercise which strengthens and tightens the base of the tongue which may reduce the risk of vibration and collapsibility of the airway related to snoring. In a 2020 REMplenish usability study, 93% of snorers reported a reduction in snoring, and 34% said they were more awake during the day. REMastered Sleep offers returns for 90 days. Most people notice changes after 1 month of use while others may notice improvement in just 1-2 weeks. Give REMplenish a try to see if it helps!
Most users notice an improvement in about one month of regular REMplenish use drinking 25-60 oz of water at least 5 days a week. Some may notice improvement more quickly while others may take longer. Consistent daily use is the best predicter of results. Improvement will level off over time and plateau at around 6 months of use. Ongoing weekly use of REMplenish will help maintain results attained.
The REMplenish Myo-Nozzle is currently being used in a study at the Mayo Clinic for mild to moderate sleep apnea. Studies have shown myofunctional therapy/upper airway exercise is effective at helping with Obstructive Sleep Apnea. The REMplenish Myo-Nozzle is designed to make these exercises easy by strengthening the back of the tongue, which may reduce the risk of snoring and airway collapsibility. REMplenish is not a replacement for the treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea with a medical professional. We offer returns for 90 days after the product ship date, allowing you to try it and see if it adds benefit to your other sleep apnea treatments!
We recommend that you consult with a myofunctional therapist to address your tongue thrust issue. Many myofunctional therapists use REMplenish to assist with the correction of a tongue thrust and implement REMplenish at an appropriate time in therapy based on your individual needs. Myofunctional therapists have additional treatments and therapies to correct this issue.
The REMplenish Myo-Nozzle was designed and tested for IDDSI level 0 (thin) liquids. The myo-nozzle was also designed to strengthen the tongue and oropharynx to address snoring and sleep disturbances, not to address an oral or pharyngeal phase dysphagia in someone with penetration or aspiration symptoms. Your treating Speech Language Pathologist may trial using the nozzle when they have determined that you or your child is safe to swallow thin liquids. It is not recommended or intended to be used before a person can safely swallow thin liquids without assistance.

The REMplenish™ Myo-Nozzle Plastic Bottle Kit has the nozzle attached to the lid of the bottle and a small flip-top lid that can cover the nozzle. The lid of the bottle unscrews for refilling. The bottle weighs under 0.4 pounds when empty and a little under 2.5 pounds when full.
The REMplenish™ Myo-Nozzle & Straw can be placed in any cup or tumbler you already have, like a normal reusable straw.

We recommend only cold or room temperature water. The REMplenish therapy Myo-Nozzle changes your swallow pattern; to avoid burning your throat DO NOT use with hot water.
We recommend drinking only water with REMplenish, as sugars from other drinks will allow more bacterial growth and may be difficult to clean out of the myo-nozzle.

The REMplenish™ Myo-Nozzle & Straw can be used with containers that normally use a metal straw such as a tumbler with a straw port, such as a Yeti, or any open-top cup or glass. The metal straw is 8mm in diameter.
If you are using your own water bottle with a lid, the straw may or may not fit depending on the height of the bottle. The Myo-Nozzle + straw is approximately 10.25 inches (26 cm) in length. You DO want the nozzle to stick up over the lip of the bottle so you can drink from it, and the nozzle is designed to fold back about an inch if a cap is screwed over it.
The capacity of the REMplenish™ Myo-Nozzle Plastic Bottle Kit is 32 oz (946 mL). The capacity of the REMplenish Jr™ Myo-Nozzle Plastic Bottle Kit is 18 oz (533 mL).

If you are using a REMplenish product recommended by a health care provider as treatment for an illness or disability (such as sleep apnea, tongue issues, TMJ, etc), you could purchase the REMplenish with HSA/FSA funds, knowing that you may need to provide documentation from the health care provider. REMplenish is classified as a physical therapy/speech/sleep aid device when recommended by a physician or therapist. Please make sure to keep your receipt for documentation. If you are audited and it is deemed an inappropriate purchase, you would have to reimburse the account used. If you try your HSA/FSA card in our checkout and it doesn't work: you may have to use a different card, and try to submit the receipt for reimbursement after the fact.

DDP shipping is where the merchant (REMastered Sleep) takes responsibility for all landed costs (duties, taxes, and fees), and collects these charges upfront from consumers at time of purchase, so the consumer never receives additional bills from customs or carriers at time of delivery.
This means that during the Checkout process, our international customers are able to see the shipping cost and any additional customs costs required to receive their order. This allows for expedited clearance through customs.

This way, you not only see the total cost upfront before placing the order, but you also won’t have to pay again when the parcel is delivered. DDP also ensures faster customs clearance and predictable, lower landed costs since it is managed by our service provider’s network. Shipments to hotels are highly problematic not just due to the potential to be incorrectly designated as B2B shipments, but also as there’s usually a short window of time to clear them; they often deal with non-residents/non-nationals in a foreign country trying to import; and there is a high likelihood confusion among carriers, customs, merchants, and consignees.
