I can really feel my tongue muscles working when I use this. I am also noticing that my tongue is migrating to the top of my mouth at rest, so I feel like that’s a sign it’s working. I will continue using.

I have been grinding my teeth for years and had begun to have shooting pain in my back molar despite wearing a mouthguard. I got invisilign to help with this and my ortho recommended tongue physical therapy for my poor tongue position to help with grinding and to make my Invisalign more effective. After using my new REMastered water bottle for just 1 month, I have noticed that my resting tongue position has improved. I forgot my mouth guard a few nights ago, and didn’t grind my teeth! I also notice I drink more water with this bottle. I am very happy with the results and I got bottles for my kids as well.

Good product, quality! Seems like it's working, though it's too soon to really say. I like it though; very flexible, and seems like it can go on lots of stuff. :)

I had one of the original myo nozzles (when they were black silicone) and then upgraded to the clear one, but I had trouble sticking with it because I either had to reach into a regular water bottle to fish the straw and nozzle out (a concern since I can't leave to wash my hands every time I want a sip of water at work), or put the nozzle on the straw of a tumbler, but it didn't always fit, I'd forget to transfer it, etc. This new bottle has several improvements: it's insulated so I can keep my water cold, the straw fits into the cap so there's no reaching into the bottle to fish the straw out, and the lid has a cover to keep the straw/nozzle clean. And the bottle and straw disassemble to be easy to clean. The only thing I'm considering changing is swapping out the plastic straw for a stainless one of the same size if I can find one. As with previous versions, the myo nozzle is wonderful. I can feel (and see on my oura ring data) that I sleep better when I use it consistently and I have gone from not being able to suction my tongue to the roof of my mouth at all to being able to hold it there for more than 30 seconds with my mouth open (I can't remember the technical name of this exercise) so I know it's building strength. So far with this new bottle I'm able to stick to it much more consistently so I'm hoping to see continued benefits as I keep going!

These bottles are well designed, comfortable to use, and to clean. I like the way my hydration during the day is gentler than drinking water from a glass. it seems to help my body absorb the water better: that's something i was not expecting.

It has only been a couple weeks and my husband noticed that it is harder for him to know when I am asleep haha so I think that it is working. My nasal breathing has gotten better as well.

I was able to avoid possible surgery with the help of the straw. My therapist wanted to know what I was using. He looked it up and is monitor my progress with it. So far so good.

Drinking at leàst 32 oz water daily using this Remplenish straw, will, over time, reduce snoring, leading to better sleep quality. I recommend this to all ages, genders, and differently sized people.

We love these water bottles!!! My 6 year old said it was hard to drink out of at first. I explained it would make her stronger the more she practiced. 2 weeks later, she is drinking out of her bottle happily! I do think she is stronger already. My almost 3 year old is loving his bottle as well. The customer service is incredible too!

I was very skeptical --- but it worked!

After a few weeks, I am happy with the REMplenish straw. It is well made and gives my tongue/palette a good workout. I can see how regular use could help with my sleep apnea. I went to a myofunctional therapist for about a year and got lots of exercises and techniques to improve my sleep. That was very insightful, and I started good breathing habits. However, I think this REMplenish straw is more practical and likely to be consistent for therapy.

At first, my tongue really hurt after a couple sips. Now, I can go almost a full bottle until I begin to get sore.
I have definitely seen sleep improvements since starting to use this bottle.

My husband and I have been using the Myo-Nozzle for about a month now, and the results are better than I expected. His snoring has decreased. And before using the Myo-Nozzle, I had a tightness in my neck that would come back regularly. My husband is a chiropractor, so I would have him adjust my neck about once a week. Since using the straw, the pain and tightness in my neck is almost non-existent. My jaw has also been pain free since using the Myo-Nozzle. I am glad I made this purchase.

My daughter was born with a rare syndrome, with multiple defects I including the palate and nasal areas. Breathing at night has been a challenge her entire life, and Cpap/bipap machines just aren’t tolerated.

She is improving daily with the use of bottle, though I wouldn’t say her problems are eliminated. I’m sure it will take longer to build the muscle and tongue position that with a typical mouth breather.
I’m thankful to have a tool to begin helping her with.
