Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty

At REMastered Sleep, our mission is to eliminate preventable airway health issues. While we strive to provide the best possible products, we understand that they may not be the right fit for everyone. We are committed to offering fair and satisfactory return, exchange, and warranty policies.

Return Policy

  • Return reasons: We gladly accept returns for any reason.
  • Return window: You may initiate a return within 100 days from the date your product was shipped.
  • Refund amount: Upon processing of your return, you will receive a refund for the cost of the product, minus a $5.00 processing fee.
  • Return shipping: You do not need to pay for return shipping.
  • Non-Refundable: Shipping costs and/or duties paid on your original order are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing time: Once your return has been processed, refunds may take up to a week to appear in your card or account. The exact timing depends on your bank's processing speed.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange reasons: We gladly accept exchanges for any reason.
  • Exchange window: You may initiate an exchange within 100 days from the date your product was shipped. Each product may be exchanged once; exchanges of exchanges are not accepted.
  • Exchange shipping: United States customers do not need to pay for exchange shipping. Customers outside of the United States may need to pay shipping costs and/or duties for the new product.
  • Non-Refundable: Shipping costs and/or duties paid on your original order are non-refundable.
  • Exchange price differences: All exchanges are processed at an equal value. If you exchange for a product of higher value, no additional charge will apply. If you exchange for a product of lower value, the price difference will not be refunded.
  • Exchange processing time: Once your exchange has been processed, your new product will be fulfilled (typically within 1 business day) and shipped with our Standard shipping option.

Warranty Policy

  • Warranty reasons: We gladly provide free replacements for defective, damaged, or broken products. If an item or piece is missing from your order, please contact support@remasteredsleep.com for help instead.
  • Warranty window: You may initiate a warranty within 100 days from the date your product was shipped. Each broken piece may be replaced once; replacements of replacements will not be provided for free.
  • Warranty replacement pieces: If a single piece of your product is damaged, we may replace that specific piece rather than the entire product. Please retain the undamaged product pieces for assembly with the replacement piece.
  • Warranty replacement shipping: United States customers do not need to pay for warranty replacement shipping. Customers outside of the United States may need to pay shipping costs and/or duties for the replacement product.
  • Warranty processing time: Once your warranty has been processed, your new product will be fulfilled (typically within 1 business day) and shipped with our Standard shipping option.
