Best bottle ever, needed this to help with my breathing when sleeping!
Yup, it’s actually worth the money. I only purchased the Myo-Nozzle to pair with my glass bottles and aluminum straws. So if your hesitation is about them using plastic, this was an effective solve for me since it pairs easily.
Cost wise I can’t complain. I recognize the time, testing, intelligence and production that went into this to be as IMMEDIATELY effective as it is. Truly, this is wild to think how simple a solve (and far more affordable) for people who have a wide range of conditions.
My own issues with sleep, mild snoring and chronic aches/issues related to my endocrine system are greatly improved with better airflow and it never would have occurred to me (and clearly none of my doctors) that an underdeveloped tongue muscle could be a part of the problem.
My sleep has become deeper, my breathing during workouts is fuller - I don’t need to sleep with mouth tape to keep my mouth closed at night!
If I had to make one complaint it would be that this isn’t also a good fit for hot or bulkier beverages. My smoothies and coffees are usually also consumed with a straw and I can absolutely tell the difference in aperture when not using the Myo-Nozzle.
Hands down one of my favorite purchases of late.
I had expected this water bottle to just help train my tongue. I was pleasantly surprised that it also worked the muscles on the back of my throat.
Hasn’t impacted my or my child’s snoring within 2 months but don’t think it’s damaged anything.

This straw is helping our 13 year old son breathe through his nose because he is starting to hold his tongue to the roof of his mouth. His dentist explained that his teeth are very delayed in falling out because his tongue is not positioned properly, so it is not pushing those teeth out.
After 2 days of using this, his teeth started wiggling after they stopped for almost 2 years. He’s excited at the possibility that the dentist might not need to pull those teeth after all.
