The REMplenish Myo-Nozzle fits rigid reusable straws that are 8-10mm in diameter. Straw is NOT included with this product.
Does this product contain BPA?
This product is BPA-free. It is made of dye-free medical-grade silicone.
What are the care instructions for the Myo-Nozzle?
The Myo-Nozzle is top-rack dishwasher safe, but we recommend handwashing. Clean the nozzle thoroughly and gently with dish soap, warm water, and the provided straw brush at least weekly, or more often if needed.

I really like this. Of all the lame brained things that are out in the marketplace, this one makes pure and total sense and it works. I love the fact that I am exercising my tongue while I drink. And, can do it all day. It is too early to announce that my apnea and sleep issues are gone. But, it is better early into the process.
Fits well into a mason jar and I sip from ot throughout the day. I can really feel it working!

When I first received the bottle and nozzle I was skeptical. It was so hard to draw water out of the tiny hole! At first I started drinking about 4 oz before bed every night. After a few weeks I can drink fairly easily and without puckering my lips (which was a concern about aging). I ordered the nozzle to strengthen and relieve pain in the muscles below the tongue. I also hoped it would remedy a waddle I had been developing. It has only been a month and it is delivering on all promises! The only downside is that since the straw and nozzle are not integrated in the bottle, it leaks big time if turned on its side. Great for on the counter or by the bed, not ideal for on the go.
I had an adult tongue tie release at the age of 31. The whole process was incredibly intense due to my tie being quite severe. This bottle was recommended by my myofunctional therapist, and though it is PRICEY for a plastic bottle- I’m not a fan of plastic in general, so having to pay so much for something that’s PLASTIC, was really annoying.
However HOWEVER.
The straw has helped retrain my soft palate to finally sit where it has always needed to in my mouth.
I sucked my thumb until I was 10 years old. I even BREASTfed until I was 2 years old, and the tie was never released. Which is fair, because cutting babies mouths is a pretty wicked process in my opinion. Same with circumcising. It’s traumatic for a baby to get cut. I understand why my mother never wanted to change my tongue, and I’m glad I’ve done it as an adult, though it’s been a long time coming. FINALLY, freedom.
This straw rules. I’ve needed this suction my whole life; and just never got the attachment I was needing as a wee one.

Long short of it:
Buy the straw, use on your own waterbottle, reduce plastic waste, but get needs met first.
I’d say this price point is incredibly inaccessible for a lot of low income folks, which creates an accessibility barrier.
If you can afford it, it’s WORTH IT.
