My soring is gone after a couple weeks of using it. Sleep is amazing now.

I've gone through a few of these nozzles over the last year or so. I'll start off with the negatives. They break easily because if you pull them too hard off of a straw, the material can rip. They're small and easy to lose, and lastly, they're difficult to clean because of how thin the opening slot is.
The good: The straw definitely gives your tongue a workout if you use it properly. I find I get the most benefit when I try to drink a lot of water at one time. Just sipping it doesn't give my tongue enough of a workout. Mastering the proper technique of how to use it is tricky, but once you get it down, you'll know when you're doing it right.
For background: I don't snore, but I had a tongue tie that I had fixed as an adult and using this straw works well to keep my tongue muscles strong.

When I got the nozzle, I was frustrated that I struggled to use it according to the instructions. I couldn’t draw up water without using my cheeks to add suction to the straw. I took it to my daughter’s speech therapist, figuring I just needed a few pointers to get it right. Well, that lead to an unexpected diagnosis of oral phase dysphagia, and I’ve now started myofunctional therapy. I’m so grateful I bought the nozzle and then took my concerns to a professional. I’m leaving this review to tell people, if the straw is “not working,” it might be a bigger problem with YOU than with the straw!

I realized I forgot how to swallow because when I drink from REMplenish it feels good. I have a little bit of tongue tie and it is very hard for me to get my tongue to the roof of my mouth and the Myo-Nozzle helps tremendously. I use it as exercise all day: Time for 10 tongue push-ups!

I highly recommend this device to anyone who wants to improve their quality of life. My tongue is stronger and it now naturally sits pressed to the roof of my mouth instead of the bottom of my mouth.

It takes a bit of time and practice to get the technique right. Unfortunately it is possible to suck water out of the straw while using it incorrectly, so learning the proper technique is very important. I watched their video on YouTube for this. Also, the water stream is lower than other methods of drinking, so some patience is needed especially when very thirsty.

I think the price should be lower. I know that if we compare it to a medical device then the price seems reasonable, but it prevents me from buying it for friends and family. When I take my water bottle out I have to be careful that I don’t lose it, damage it, etc. Also, the water bottle leaks when closed so I have to treat it more of like a stanley cup than like a water bottle. The device is a small thing similar to a pacifier. I think the profit margin on it must be extremely high.
