I got this for my husband with little faith he would actually use it. He is not usually in to this kind of stuff. But he’s been using it everyday and loves it. He is noticing that he is able to close his mouth more naturally. Mind you he is 32 and struggled with it his whole life! So pretty cool! Can’t wait to see what even more time will do!

I stopped storing within about 10 days of using this bottle consistently - I've been drinking about 1 1/2 bottles-worth per day. According to SnoreLab I was snoring lightly for a little over an hour each night, which wasn't terrible but I'd rather not), and now I'm under 5 minutes. I can breathe easier (I had no idea that there's a correct tongue position and that I wasn't doing right), so my energy is better. And my smile is nicer because my mouth muscles are stronger. I'm already a big water drinker, so this is my go-to bottle from now on. Kind of a mind-blowingly effective product.

When I got the nozzle, I was frustrated that I struggled to use it according to the instructions. I couldn’t draw up water without using my cheeks to add suction to the straw. I took it to my daughter’s speech therapist, figuring I just needed a few pointers to get it right. I’m leaving this review to tell people, if the straw is “not working,” it might be a bigger problem with YOU than with the straw!

I see a myofunctional therapist and have been working on my resting tongue posture and this straw has helped so much with the posterior tongue strengthening. I got one for each of my kids to help with their mouth breathing habit too!
