I had expected this water bottle to just help train my tongue. I was pleasantly surprised that it also worked the muscles on the back of my throat.

Hasn’t impacted my or my child’s snoring within 2 months but don’t think it’s damaged anything.

This straw is helping our 13 year old son breathe through his nose because he is starting to hold his tongue to the roof of his mouth. His dentist explained that his teeth are very delayed in falling out because his tongue is not positioned properly, so it is not pushing those teeth out.

After 2 days of using this, his teeth started wiggling after they stopped for almost 2 years. He’s excited at the possibility that the dentist might not need to pull those teeth after all.

I highly recommend this device to anyone who wants to improve their quality of life. My tongue is stronger and it now naturally sits pressed to the roof of my mouth instead of the bottom of my mouth.

It takes a bit of time and practice to get the technique right. Unfortunately it is possible to suck water out of the straw while using it incorrectly, so learning the proper technique is very important. I watched their video on YouTube for this. Also, the water stream is lower than other methods of drinking, so some patience is needed especially when very thirsty.

I think the price should be lower. I know that if we compare it to a medical device then the price seems reasonable, but it prevents me from buying it for friends and family. When I take my water bottle out I have to be careful that I don’t lose it, damage it, etc. Also, the water bottle leaks when closed so I have to treat it more of like a stanley cup than like a water bottle. The device is a small thing similar to a pacifier. I think the profit margin on it must be extremely high.

I have been monitoring my sleep with an app that logs snoring through out the night. So far with several weeks of using the straw consistently I have not seen any changes. I will continue to use though to see if over time it will help.

Hey! I so appreciate having a sense of empowerment - of having control over my apneic episodes. My throat legitimately seems stronger…taking a drink from the nozzle muscularly activates the back of the mouth in an unusual way you can easily feel.
