My soring is gone after a couple weeks of using it. Sleep is amazing now.
I stopped storing within about 10 days of using this bottle consistently - I've been drinking about 1 1/2 bottles-worth per day. According to SnoreLab I was snoring lightly for a little over an hour each night, which wasn't terrible but I'd rather not), and now I'm under 5 minutes. I can breathe easier (I had no idea that there's a correct tongue position and that I wasn't doing right), so my energy is better. And my smile is nicer because my mouth muscles are stronger. I'm already a big water drinker, so this is my go-to bottle from now on. Kind of a mind-blowingly effective product.

My daughter has been doing myofunctional therapy on and off for most of her life. Her therapist recommended this straw and bottle for her to help with her therapy. We were both so excited when she told me her tongue was resting at the roof of her mouth like it's supposed to! I really think the nozzle has helped her
I have noticed a huge impact on my daughter’s speech, specifically articulation shortly after using this specific bottle. She’s had speech issues since she was two years old. Had a double tonsillectomy, ear tubes, tongue tie removal and sees a speech path twice a week. While we’ve seen improvement after her surgery, I think this bottle helped strengthen muscles in her mouth that has enabled her to pronounce and articulate better than she could before.
