from 292 reviewsSo I bought this knowing my son is young (20 months) but wanting to try whatever I could early since I already saw him mouth breathing, low resting tongue posture & his pallet getting narrower after stopping breastfeeding. After 1 month of use, I’ve noticed subtle changes in his pallet, but mostly that he has primarily been sleeping with his mouth closed. I haven’t checked if his tongue is on the roof of his mouth, but I’m hoping it is! I also notice him sticking out his tongue more (has a tongue tie). I am really hopeful for the continuation of using this product! He also drinks WAY more water with this straw than before and he really loves it. It’s also a great stopper for toddlers to not dump their drink everywhere!

These straws are colorful and sturdy but flexible! I can even use them in a tall cup and it works well.

Initially, I wanted this for my husband, who has airway issues. As a dental hygienist, I was curious about trying it myself, and I LOVE it! Within a couple of days of consistent use, I noticed my soft palate more open. I feel such a difference in the airflow when breathing through my nose.

I'm an occupational therapy assistant. One of my kids used the Remplenish Myo-Nozzle for kids and 90% decreased his drooling, so I decided to try it for myself. I snored badly. I have double chins, My chew/swallow is off sometimes and I choke easily on NOTHING. My snoring has decreased, sleeping has improved, my mouth area feels stronger and more coordinated. I'm so glad I gave it a try!

This seems like a great part of the solution so far. I’ve been using for two months, and combined with loosing about 20 lbs, changing my sleep position, a little throat exercise, and tracking through recordings, my snoring has reduced from what was consistently 30 percent of my sleep time to under 4. Additionally, the volume of any snoring has gone from what my recording app regarded as an average very loud to an average very low.

The price may seem expensive for "just a straw" but it's a small cost for the benefits you get. I've been on a journey of fixing my habit of mouth breathing for some time now. Though I've seen slight improvements doing tongue exercises, it hasn't been enough to strengthen my tongue. Let's be real, doing tongue exercises looks silly and sometimes we get wrapped up in life too much to put in the consistent effort to see real results. Knowing this to be true, for me, I decided to invest in something I could do with no excuses. The 1st few times of using this tool, was such an eye opener. I felt msucles working in my mouth that I had never felt before. It was even slightly painful. I couldn't drink consistently for 10secs without pausing. It's been well over 1 month of consistent use now. I've noticed that when drinking without the straw, I am no longer using my cheeks to push back the fluid. I am finally using my tongue to swallow! This is HUGE for me. Can't wait to see how far I get on this journey, thanks to this product. I will recommend this to absolutely everyone in come across.

This straw attachment has helped me to put my sleep apnea machine away. I had a mild diagnosis for sleep Apnea.
I didn’t like the sleep machine so when I read about the straw attachment I decided to order and try it out. I used it for 6 months and was retested. My sleep specialist
Said I didn’t need a sleep machine any more. I tell everyone about My success. Many have ordered bc of my results. I couldn’t be more impressed!!

I bought the REMplenish Jr™ plastic bottle for my 4-year-old son, and it has been a great tool for his breathing and oral motor health. The size is perfect for little hands, and the design encourages proper use without being overwhelming.
We had a small issue with the nozzle/straw, but customer service was excellent and processed a one-time replacement quickly. I appreciate that the company stands by their product and educates parents on proper usage.
Highly recommend this bottle as part of the REMplenish system for anyone using it with young children. Just be sure to supervise your child while using it to avoid chewing on the nozzle.
Thank you,

Within 2 weeks of daily use my snoring is almost completely gone! So easy to use

I’ve been blown away how much better my resting tongue posture is from consistent use! Recommending to all friends.

Our speech pathologist recommended this straw for my toddler son to help get his tongue to roof of mouth for speech. We are 1 month in and my sons speech at improved dramatically and I swear it was this straw. My son ended up breaking the straw on vacation and has been crying for it. Hoping to get it replaced soon!

I got this for my husband with little faith he would actually use it. He is not usually in to this kind of stuff. But he’s been using it everyday and loves it. He is noticing that he is able to close his mouth more naturally. Mind you he is 32 and struggled with it his whole life! So pretty cool! Can’t wait to see what even more time will do!

Good straws. Can be cut to shorten

If you're anything like me you're probably struggling with chronic tensions due to muscular asymmetries.
A major cause of these asymmetries is where your tongue is in your mouth. If it's pressed properly against the palate your body will be able to relax in space as the cranium is being held. The neck, torso, diaphragms etc don't need to tighten to compensate.
This is a wonderful tool that teaches you how to hold your tongue in the right position by forcing you to adopt the proper swallowing patterns. Before using this straw, I had no proprioceptive sense I was doing it properly. I can say for most of my adult life I've been doing it wrong. Nowadays I can literally feel how my tongue moves in my mouth exactly like how they show in the demo reel. Particularly when drinking.
Bodily tension has gone down, sleep has been better, respiration rate has decreased by a breath over a minute, body feels much more balanced (which is primary reason I decided to buy this). So many benefits downstream from the mouth.
This thing basically simulates a giant nipple and re-teaches you first-foundations tongue patterns. Guys like Movmed talk about this. I'm sure books like Jaws and the PRI guys have similar talking points. Definitely the Mew dentists too.
Highly recommended. It's not just about fixing your snoring patterns. It's restoring proper tongue position.

The kids love all the colors and encourages them to use their nozzle!
