I really like this. Of all the lame brained things that are out in the marketplace, this one makes pure and total sense and it works. I love the fact that I am exercising my tongue while I drink. And, can do it all day. It is too early to announce that my apnea and sleep issues are gone. But, it is better early into the process.
My kids love these! The water bottles seem well made and my kids love drinking out of these. They figured it out right away. After a couple weeks my 5 year old is mouth breathing less!
Fits well into a mason jar and I sip from ot throughout the day. I can really feel it working!
Love my Myo-nozzle so much I bought my husband one too!
Bought it for my grandson so he and grampa both have bottles.
He stopped snoring almost entirely within the 1st week of use (he was very diligent though), didn't think it was possible.
With only a few weeks of use both our 5 and 7 year old are sleeping ALL night in their bed. Plus I've noticed our 7 year old sleeping with his mouth closed!
I was excited to try this straw out after seeing ads for it on Instagram. You know, the one comparing it to the nose strips? I was taking off my nose strips as I saw the ad (Instagram is creepy like that). I got my straw in the mail and drank like 40 ounces of water with it throughout the day. It took a bit of getting used to, and I had a bit of soreness at the back top of my mouth, but my wife told me it was the first time she slept through the night in a while. I woke up refreshed as well! I thought: maybe a fluke. Let’s see how it is tomorrow. The next few nights were the same thing! The next few times I took a nap during the day, my wife told me it was amazing because I looked like I should be snoring (mouth wide open, sprawled out) but no noise came out of my mouth except quiet breathing.
I’m a believer. I tell my friends but they have their doubts because they’ve had to endure it for so long. How can something help this thing overnight?? Don’t know, but it did for me! Also, the price might seem a bit high for a small piece of rubber, but the price is well worth the results I got from it. How much would you pay for even just one night of good sleep for you and your partner? To not have to use those nose strips that leave a sticky residue and discoloration on your nose? Way more than I paid for this straw, that’s for sure. Great product!
I know there are lots of different reasons why people snore and this just hit the nail on the head for my reason for snoring. I hope it does for you too, stranger reading this review!
This product is amazing. It helped me establish the difference between what the back of my tongue in my throat feels like and the roof of my mouth. It hasn't helped much at all with snoring after 30-60 days, however, it has helped draw awareness to whether I am breathing out of my mouth or my nose.
This straw really did help stop my lifelong jaw clenching (at least during daytime). It only took a few days to see a difference in my tongue placement and feel my jaw relax. I'm very satisfied with this product.
Can feel the muscles in the mouth being worked. Not a lot of improvements noticed yet in mouth breathing at night. The straw is a bit long and has to bend a little to o be able to close the bottle. It may be designed that way to ensure it gets the most water out of the bottle.
Overall a good product. Focusing on correct use takes time overriding swallowing patterns of 64 years. Better sleep increasing.
My 4 yr olds teeth are so crowded because of her lip and tongue ties. Her crowded teeth and mouth breathing are causing cavities. Her teeth were so crowded that her front two teeth were starting to form a V. She's been using the myo nozzle daily for about 6 weeks and she has SO much more energy, sleeps with her mouth closed and her teeth actually have room to grow. I wouldn't believe it if I didn't see it myself. Truly a game changer.
I've seen a difference in my daughter's breathing at night since we got this. Unfortunately we left the bottle in a store and haven't been able to find it.
I love the feel of drinking from the silicone straw tip. I can't tell if it is improving my snoring yet.
